AIDA Match: intelligent document reconciliation
AIDA is delighted to announce that AIDA Match is now entering public beta, bringing a new level of intelligence to document automation and control.
Until now, AIDA Relations allowed users to link documents through shared properties such as customer names, IDs or project codes.
With AIDA Match, we go further: you can now reconcile documents based on their actual values — seamlessly identifying what’s been ordered, delivered, invoiced or still pending.
💡 Example: you receive a delivery of 10 chairs with an accompanying delivery note. The delivery note is linked to a purchase order for 15 chairs. AIDA Match automatically compares the two and highlights that 5 chairs remain to be delivered. The same principle applies to delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders, ensuring complete visibility across your business flows.
