Until now, AIDA Relations allowed users to link documents through shared properties such as customer names, IDs or project codes.
With AIDA Match, we go further: you can now reconcile documents based on their actual values — seamlessly identifying what’s been ordered, delivered, invoiced or still pending.
💡 Example: you receive a delivery of 10 chairs with an accompanying delivery note. The delivery note is linked to a purchase order for 15 chairs. AIDA Match automatically compares the two and highlights that 5 chairs remain to be delivered. The same principle applies to delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders, ensuring complete visibility across your business flows.
