AIDA included in the 2026 Infosource Global Capture & IDP Software Vendor Matrix

We are delighted to announce that AIDA has been included in the 2026 Infosource Global Capture & IDP Software Vendor Matrix Report.

Produced by Infosource, one of the leading analyst firms specialising in Capture and Intelligent Document Processing, the annual report assesses established and emerging technology vendors from around the world.

The Vendor Matrix considers two principal dimensions: vendors’ strategy and capabilities and their execution in the market. It also examines the technologies and trends shaping the future of Capture and IDP, including the growing role of agentic automation.

Recognition of AIDA’s innovative technology

AIDA is included and profiled alongside many of the best-known companies operating in the global Capture and IDP industry.

In its assessment, Infosource describes AIDA as a “strong platform” with “innovative IDP technology.” It also highlights what it calls our “secret sauce”: the ability to leverage our memory of users’ point-and-click work on documents to learn and improve results.

This is an important aspect of the AIDA approach. By learning from how users interact with documents - identifying information, correcting results and completing tasks - AIDA can continuously improve its understanding and provide increasingly accurate and relevant outcomes.

For us, this recognition represents an important milestone. It reflects the progress we have made in developing AIDA from an intelligent document processing platform into a comprehensive environment for managing documents, data and the business processes that depend on them.

From document processing to agentic automation

AIDA helps organisations transform unstructured documents into structured, usable and actionable information. Documents can be captured, classified and interpreted before their data is validated, connected with other information and used to initiate the next stage of a workflow.

Our objective is not simply to extract information. We want to help organisations automate complete document-driven processes end-to-end, while retaining the human oversight required for sensitive or business-critical decisions.

The 2026 Infosource report identifies agentic automation as the next frontier for the Capture and IDP market. Traditional capture solutions were primarily designed to digitise documents and extract data. Modern platforms must go further: understanding context, validating information, supporting decisions and initiating actions across connected business systems.

Infosource recognised this direction in AIDA, describing the platform as well positioned “to expand successfully into agentic automation.”

This closely reflects our vision. Through intelligent workflows, integrations and our evolving ACTIO agent architecture, AIDA is being developed to coordinate activities across documents, people and external applications. Human-in-the-loop controls remain central, allowing organisations to determine when a process can proceed automatically and when human review is required.

Looking ahead

Being included in the 2026 Infosource Vendor Matrix is a significant recognition of how far AIDA has come and of the innovation at the heart of our platform.

It also strengthens our determination to continue investing in our technology, expanding our international presence and working with customers and partners to solve increasingly complex automation challenges.

We are proud to be part of a global market that is redefining how organisations interact with documents and information and even more excited about what comes next.
