Burologic and AIDA announce strategic partnership to boost intelligent automation in France
Angers, France — 11th November 2025 — Burologic, a leading provider of document solutions and workflow optimisation, has officially announced a strategic partnership with AIDA, a pioneer in agentic AI and end-to-end global document workflow automation.
The collaboration has barely launched and has already seen its first major success: a large-scale automation project for a leading medical device manufacturer processing hundreds of thousands of patient orders per year across fifty sites nationwide. The project was made possible thanks to the long-standing partnerships Burologic and AIDA maintain with Xerox, leveraging the combined power of Xerox scanning hardware and AIDA’s intelligent document processing platform.
The client was facing a critical operational challenge: enormous volumes of manual data entry from different types of documents - prescriptions, delivery notes and patient files - which also included text entered on documents that regularly mixed handwritten and numeric characters. Processing all these documents was laborious, prone to human error and often led to delays or billing disputes. This had significant repercussions on cash flow and overall operational efficiency.
With the new solution, batches of order documents are captured via the scanner module of a Xerox multifunction device, which seamlessly uploads them to the AIDA platform. Thanks to AIDA Hub, the documents are automatically classified into the appropriate document type. AIDA then automatically segments the documents into distinct patient files, extracts the necessary data fields from each document and pushes the information directly into the client's ERP system, automatically triggering the invoicing process, with no human intervention required.
